Kabaddi Manager is provided by Cymbale. This policy explains how the Kabaddi Manager mobile app and kabaddimanager.comhandle information. The app is intended for people aged 13 or older.

1. Information handled by the app

The app stores on your device:

• settings and onboarding choices;
• the manager name, birth date, nationality, background, styles, and other Career choices you enter; and
• Career saves, locally generated identifiers, and recovery data.

This information is used for setup, gameplay, saving, and recovery. The app does not create an online account or send this information to Cymbale. The current app does not contain analytics, crash reporting, advertising, purchases, cloud save, or social or multiplayer services.

2. Device backups

Your device platform may include app data in a system backup if backups are enabled. On Android, the Profile and Career databases are eligible for Android backup. Your platform provider controls its backup service and may retain or restore a backup after you clear app storage or uninstall the app.

3. Website and messages

The website does not use advertising, analytics, marketing trackers, social embeds, forms, or cookies set by Kabaddi Manager.

The hosting provider automatically handles limited request data, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring page, and request time, to deliver and protect the website.

If you contact us, we receive the contact details, message, and attachments you provide. We use them to answer the request, operate or protect Kabaddi Manager, and meet legal obligations.

4. Use and sharing

Where applicable, we process information to provide the app, website, or support you request, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing them, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or profiling. Information may be handled only by:

• hosting and support providers acting for Cymbale;
• your device platform provider for a backup you enable;
• Google Play or Apple for store distribution under their own terms; and
• authorities or advisers when reasonably necessary for legal compliance or claims.

Providers acting for Cymbale must protect information consistently with this policy and applicable law.

5. Retention and deletion

Local app data remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Platform backups follow your platform provider's controls and retention rules.

Website request data and support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, security, support, or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Kabaddi Manager has no online player account. Cymbale cannot access, export, correct, or delete Profile or Career data that never leaves your device.

6. Security, choices, and rights

Local app data is kept in the app's private device storage, subject to your device's security. We limit information handling to what is needed and require providers acting for us to use appropriate safeguards.

You control local app data through the app and device settings, and backups through your platform account and device settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and complain to a privacy authority.
