Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the Kabaddi Manager mobile app andkabaddimanager.com. Kabaddi Manager is provided by Cymbale.

By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Eligibility and use

Kabaddi Manager is for people aged 13 or older. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have it.

Cymbale gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the app and website for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The app is licensed, not sold.

You may not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation or security, remove ownership notices, distribute unauthorized copies, or use them to violate the law or another person's rights.

2. Content and ownership

The app, website, code, design, text, graphics, fictional world, and other Kabaddi Manager content are owned by Cymbale or used with permission, except for third-party materials identified under their own licenses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, identities and events in Kabaddi Manager are fictional. Kabaddi Manager is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any kabaddi federation, league, club, athlete, or other rights holder. 3. Privacy and support

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

4. Store terms and availability

The terms and privacy policies of Google Play, Apple, and other services you use also apply. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to an app obtained through Apple's App Store. Mandatory law and store terms prevail over any conflicting part of these Terms.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, the app and website are provided as available. Cymbale does not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, error-free software, compatibility with every device, or recovery of app data.

5. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cymbale is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, business loss arising from personal use, or loss caused by your device, platform provider, unauthorized modification, or breach of these Terms.

6. Ending use, changes, and disputes

You may stop using Kabaddi Manager at any time. Cymbale may end your permission to use it if you materially breach these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Cymbale may update these Terms by publishing a revised date and any notice required by law.
